Bernard C. Rudnick is Founder and Executive Vice President of KSR Associates, LLC. He has 35 years of experience in executive-level strategy, finance, and management. He has held positions of CEO, COO, President, and Executive Vice President in a number of companies, and has been instrumental as a financial advisor to many more. He founded West Consumer Electronics, a business with revenues exceeding $60 million that achieved market leadership under his control. Following its successful sale, he consolidated 23 independent electronic distributors for a prepackaged sale to Mallory Electric, Inc. Venturing into the banking business; he was a founder of RMI Financial Services, where he served as COO while the business grew from start-up to a firm with $600 million in transaction revenue. Bernie has substantial experience investing and guiding investments in entrepreneurial companies and has led or co-led capital formation totaling over $270 million in the past several years. He is a founding member and principal of Diamond State Ventures, and has served on many corporate, charitable and governmental boards throughout his career.

Mr. Rudnick led the merger of Postgraduate Institute for Medicine into Jobson Publishing, Inc. to create an education and training business within a major magazine publisher serving the same healthcare markets. He was part of the HealthStar Communications team which planned and executed a $250M industry consolidation in the pharmaceutical services and communications sector. Bernie has assumed multiple interim management positions while guiding companies through transition. Examples of this include interim CFO of AudioAudit and CEO of CA Technology Inc.

Bernie received his BS in Biochemistry from Pennsylvania State University and was conferred a postgraduate degree in administration at Northwood University. His educational development work has included presentations to the Wharton Executive MBA alumni group as well as guest lectures at Weidner University.
